National, June 17, 2020: In line with our efforts to support the repatriation efforts, IndiGo operated its three special charter flights from Saudi Arabia and Qatar, to bring back Indian citizens. The IndiGo flight 6E 9433 from Jeddah to Delhi transferred a total of 171 passengers on June 14, 2020, while flight 6E 9638 from Doha to Kochi transferred 171 passengers including 5 children, and flight 6E 9431 from Doha to Delhi transferred total of 159 passengers on June 15, 2020. High Commission of India commissioned the charter flights in association with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar. IndiGo operated these flights while adhering to all the precautionary measures, ensuring a safe and hassle-free flying experience for the passengers.

In fact, we operated the Jeddah-Delhi flight after a long halt of 87 days. IndiGo supported in repatriation of 501 Indian citizens, with 171 from Saudi Arabia and 330 from Qatar.
