Vietjet ramps up frequency, becoming largest airline operator between Australia and Vietnam

New Delhi, November 08,  2023 :  Vietjet, Vietnam’s leading new-age carrier, has announced the expansion of its flight to Australia. The airline will operate a total of 48 flights in a week, making it the biggest operator between the two countries.

Starting December 1, 2023, Vietjet will commence daily flights between Sydney and Melbourne and Ho Chi Minh City, offering a total of 14 flights per week for travelers.

From December 16, 2023, the airline will operate flights from Brisbane to Ho Chi Minh City five days a week, providing travelers with 10 flights per week on this route.

To further cater to the needs of travelers from Adelaide (layover in Perth) and Perth to Ho Chi Minh City, the airline will operate its flights five days a week on each of these routes, resulting in a combined total of 10 flights per week, starting November 21, 2023.

In total, Vietjet will operate a remarkable 48 flights per week to Australia, solidifying its position as the largest operator between Vietnam and Australia. The enhanced flight frequencies to Australia come as Vietjet recognizes the growing demand for travel during the year-end holiday season and the coming year.

Vietjet is now also offering the most flights on the largest network connecting India with Vietnam. It operates a total of 35 weekly round-trip flights, establishing a direct connection between five key Indian cities – New Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Kochi, and Tiruchirappali – and the Vietnamese cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
